I recommend the place. Really enjoyed my 1 night stay. The pool area was nice and the location was incredible, short walk to the Quays and Waterfront as well as Thesen Island, Knysna as a whole, and the beach. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake. The beds were great, the room was family-friendly with a shared balcony & separate bedroom which was nice.

The hotel was in a stunning location close enough to Birds of Eden as well as the smart creek. The breakfast for vegetarians.

The value for money at Premier was great, with a free upgrade to a spacious suite. The location near the Waterfront and attractions like the Knysna Elephants and Garden of Eden made it very convenient. The staff and management were friendly and accommodating.

The food for breakfast could be improved by offering more options for guests with dietary restrictions.

Great Base for Exploring the Garden Route. We recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled on the banks of the Knysna lagoon. With private access to the lagoon, we felt like we had our own little paradise. The surroundings were so enchanting, it felt like stepping into a fairytale.

The location here is beautiful, just a mile away from the city center, making it a great spot to visit the African Crafts Market, and they serve an excellent breakfast with plenty of goodies.

everything was perfect, extremely friendly staff made our stay very nice. booked a room with lovely views onto the lake. that hotel was in a great location, close to the the beach. and we were short walk to the waterside and the taxis leaving for knysna marathon and restaurants or basically anywhere in knysna.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely mind-blowing! The rooms were super comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything we needed including a full kitchen and living room. The two restaurants offered a jaw-dropping buffet with a wide variety of delicious options. The kids had a blast playing in the vast play area. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the stunning Knysna Heads and the waterfront. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The resort's beautifully manicured lawns and tranquil garden created a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. We also loved the view from our room, and the ironing services provided were a pleasant surprise. this place exceeded all our expectations and we highly recommend it for a fantastic getaway.

Hotel with conference facilities and therefore with functional equipment. The hotel is spacious but with good acoustics. Equipment flawless, but the african flair does not want to adjust itself properly.
